Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We are now helping our families by being preferred providers on some dental insurance plans. Because the insurance contract is between you, your employer and insurance company, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance for services and allow them the opportunity to give you your full benefits. We encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. However, if your insurance does not cover what was expected, you will be responsible for the amount remaining. In addition, if during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financial responsible party is required to notify our staff. If benefits were lost for any reason during treatment, the remaining balance of the account is owed by the responsible party.
